Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park may be a lesser known National Park, but that doesn't mean you can't wear a t shirt that represents it with pride. Located in West Central Colorado, the park's main feature is a steep, almost vertical canyon shaped by the Gunnison river. Being surrounded by sheer rock walls leaves the canyon mostly shrouded in midnight darkness during the daylight hours, thus 'black' canyon.
