Where does Hometown Riot ship?
- Street addresses, PO boxes, and military APO addresses.
- We offer domestic shipping to all 50 states as well as some international shipping depending on country.
What method does Hometown Riot use to ship?
- We use a simple, flat $5 fee for shipping with orders less than $60. Above $60 and the order ships free!
- Orders typically ship out 1-3 business days after being placed. Please allow 3-5 business days during periods of high volume, such as during a sale, promotion, or holiday season.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you’re unable to find it, check your spam and promotions folders to make sure it didn’t end up there.
Typically no, because once an order is placed it starts to be processed. However, if you have not received your shipping confirmation yet, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help.
- The free shipping offer will automatically apply to your order at checkout when your subtotal before taxes and shipping and after all discounts have been applied is greater than the minimum. Only domestic orders apply. If your subtotal fits this description and it’s still not working for you, please reach out to us.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Can I return my purchase?
- If the item is defective then yes you can. Send an email to ShopHomeTownRiot@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will take it from there.
I got the wrong size, can I exchange my purchase?
- Yes you can. Send an email to ShopHomeTownRiot@gmail.com with your name and order number. For items ordered at the wrong size, we only grant exchanges. Items can be exchanged for a different size one time per order. Please measure and see the sizing guide or email us for assistance if a size is unclear. We can help :)
When can I expect my return or exchange to be processed?
- Typically 2 - 3 days after the item has been received on our end.
*Please note that when exchanging sizes and returning orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges, unless the item is defective.Oh no, I received damaged or incorrect merchandise!
