Can I return my purchase?
- If the item is defective then yes you can. Send an email to shop@hometownriot.com with your name and order number and we will take it from there.
I got the wrong size, can I exchange my purchase?
- Yes you can. Send an email to shop@hometownriot.com with your name and order number. For items ordered at the wrong size, we only grant exchanges. Items can be exchanged for a different size one time per order. Please measure and see the sizing guide or email us for assistance if a size is unclear. We can help :)
When can I expect my return or exchange to be processed?
- Typically 2 - 3 days after the item has been received on our end.
*Please note that when exchanging sizes and returning orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges, unless the item is defective.
