Sent wrong shirt size and ghosted me

I ordered a tshirt for a friend. They shipped her the wrong size—small instead of large—so she can’t wear it. I tried to email the company twice at the only email they provide. Both times it bounced. I also reached out them on social media and got no response to my DM after weeks. So I guess I am stuck with a wrong size shirt that my friend can’t use and put over $30. Huge disappointment. I loved a lot of their shirts but obviously won’t be shopping here again.
