Kansas Vintage 1961 Centennial Shirt

Kansas' 1961 Centennial celebration was packed with exciting events to honor 100 years of statehood. From the release of a special 4-cent sunflower stamp to a massive World Food Fair in Topeka, the state showcased its rich history and agricultural heritage. Clay Center and Gove County held lively events like air shows and a horse-drawn trek along the historic Butterfield Trail, while a commemorative Santa Fe Trail coin and local talent shows added even more fun. The event was a year-long celebration, and our shirt features the logo from that iconic year.
